為貫徹國家“按需派遣、保證質(zhì)量、學用一致”的出國留學方針，確保教師國外研修效果，按照《西安石油大學教師公派出國（境）研修管理暫行辦法》并結(jié)合派出實際情況，學校決定自2018年起，對申報學校公派青年教師出國研修項目人員進行外語水平測試，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項通知如下：
一、考試安排
學校定于2018年6月9日（周六）在雁塔校區(qū)舉行外語水平測試，測試包含兩個環(huán)節(jié)。
第一環(huán)節(jié)為閉卷考試，滿分100分?？荚嚂r間為120分鐘。筆試成績比重為50%。試題包含閱讀、詞匯及聽力等內(nèi)容。
第二個環(huán)節(jié)為口語考試?？忌诤蚩紖^(qū)（第二會議室）按照抽簽順序依次進行口試，每人不超過10分鐘，口試包含3道題，每題約3分鐘。口語測試成績比重為50%?？谡Z考試說明及樣題見附件。
二、相關(guān)說明
1. 遴選標準：結(jié)合人才隊伍建設(shè)及學科建設(shè)需要，在減去2017年未按期出國占用的本院系指標后，綜合申請研修院校的科研水平，導師學術(shù)背景、出國研修任務、院系配套經(jīng)費、個人業(yè)務能力及外語水平等，對申請人材料進行評審和選拔。
2. 入選2018年學校公派出國人員，若外語水平未達到學校要求，自確定之日起保留派出資格一年，逾期作廢。資格保留期內(nèi)，外語水平達到國家公派合格標準后方可派出。
三、派出管理
1. 申請人員需明確本次出國工作任務，并以此作為評選及回國考核的依據(jù)；考核合格并完成派出協(xié)議約定內(nèi)容后，學校資助的費用方可予以報銷。
2. 派出人員需定期匯報個人研修情況，每三個月向院系及人事處匯報研修進展。匯報材料應有導師簽名及研修學校標記。

試題結(jié)構(gòu)：試卷分為四部分，總時間為120分鐘，滿分100分。
第一部分：聽力。
聽力分為短對話，長對話和短文聽力三部分。共30道題，計30分。時間大約18分鐘。試題類型為選擇題。
第二部分：閱讀 。
閱讀部分分為三篇文章，計36分。試題類型為選擇題。
第三部分：翻譯
將五個漢語句子翻譯為英語，計14分。
第四部分：寫作
根據(jù)所給的題目，寫一篇議論文，不用寫題目。字數(shù)為至少200字。計20分。
